Tea at Trump National Golf Club, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Enjoy your magnificent Afternoon Tea in beautiful surroundings at the beautiful, inviting Café Pacific. Sip your complimentary glass of champagne as you gaze out at the spectacular scenery. The staff are very attentive and know what you desire before you ask.

I went with three friends so the photos below show Tea for four. Along with impeccable service, the food is excellent. Your serving tier will have a marvelous variety of mini sandwiches, scones and dessert. A sample menu is below.

Would I recommend this Tea? Most definitely. For me, it will be on my list of “must do” when revisiting the Los Angeles area.

After indulging, walk about the beautiful grounds and adjacent public park with walking trails, some leading to the ocean.  Photos ~ Trump National Golf Club and vicinity, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

Another Tea to try in the LA area is at the Getty Villa: Tea by the Sea ~ The Getty Villa, Pacific Palisades, CA

South Coast Botanic Garden, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA

When visiting the LA area, check out this beautiful oasis, located on the Palos Verdes peninsula. The 87 acres have over 2,500 species of plants so that there is always something in bloom. For me, it is always a must visit place.

When you pay your admission, you will receive a welcome map detailing the gardens,  collections and walking paths. There is tram service offered on weekends.

Your walk starts at the Japanese Garden and Koi Pond. From there, you can meander through the Children’s Garden and the nearby, newly designed Rose Garden. Enjoy exploring the California native plants.

There are benches located throughout the garden, many in shade. Guests enjoy bringing food and having picnics in the lovely surroundings.

There is information on their web site how you can plan your event in this beautiful garden setting. Check also for upcoming events https://southcoastbotanicgarden.org/

Enjoy your journey. Additional photos:  Photos ~ South Coast Botanic Garden, Palos Verdes, CA
