How wonderful that you are able to get out and walk. Where we live it is all hills and now w/A-Fib I get too out of breath. I continue to exercise in our gym daily.
I hope you are healthy and enjoying life. We just came back from a glorious 16-day cruise aboard the Silversea Nova staying in the Signature Nova suite. The pampering was so relaxing ( read 3 books which I have never had time to do since I was a teenager)and the food was 5-Star in all of the restaurants. We didn’t want it to end. At this point, we love to cruise and don’t care where we go since we have exhausted our bucket list. We just planned another cruise aboard the Regent Seven Seas in the Grandeur Suite. We like small ships that are new and have 1.5 baths because of my colon issues.
Did I tell you that I am now a Great Grandmother of three? Dalton and Jenny had their second little boy; and, Sara (the dermatologist) and Mike had a baby girl in October. Jess is expecting a baby girl in August so the two cousins will be living near each other when Sara and Mike and Naomi move here in June.
Sharon just had back surgery scheduled for two days: Day 1 = into the abdomen to place “spacers” in the spine. Day 2 = going through the back to screw them in. Yesterday was supposed to be Day 2—the dr. came in to tell her she was being discharged and the surgery would have to take place this coming Monday since “the machine broke”!! I Praise God that she was NOT on the OR table when the machine broke—I hope no one was.
Prayers are always welcome!
May God continue to bless you,
Donna
